Name
The hostname in the address bar must match the name on the certificate, including the subdomain.
Certificate checklist
Record the name people type, the name printed on the certificate, when it expires, and who renews it. This page stays in the browser. It does not open a connection to the host and it does not grade a cipher suite.
Date
Write the expiry as a calendar date and the person who receives the renewal reminder.
Owner
Name the team that can replace the certificate. If no one owns it, do not point a new app at that host.
