In a thrilling day of tennis at the Australian Open, Alex de Minaur has been warned about his rival’s “huge weapons” ahead of their upcoming match. The rising Australian star will need to be at the top of his game to overcome his opponent’s powerful shots.
Meanwhile, Cruz Hewitt, son of former world No.1 Lleyton Hewitt, put up a valiant fight but ultimately fell to the current world No.1 in a hard-fought match. Despite the loss, the young Hewitt showed great promise and determination on the court.
On the women’s side, teenager Learner Tien’s impressive run at the Open came to an end as she was defeated in a closely contested match. Tien’s performance throughout the tournament has been commendable, and she will no doubt be a player to watch in the future.
