Limits and next work

Current browser cannot resize its genuine viewport (observed 1512px/1497px), so fresh 390px/1280px browser certification is not claimed. The new guide browser follow-up is recorded separately from structural publication evidence. No native-speaker or assistive-technology certification. No real supplier/client data, external form submissions, emails, orders, bookings, payments or dispatches. Existing local-only calculation and ≥40% markup remain unchanged. Whole-network translation, capability classification, route inventory and interlink coverage remain incomplete; preserve already verified recent releases rather than duplicate them.
