Fox News’ Jessica Tarlov Hits Sean Hannity With Blunt Reality Check On Biden

Generate Key Takeaways

Fox NewsJessica Tarlov recently took on network host Sean Hannity after he pressed her to weigh in on President Joe Biden’s lone White House term, which is set to come to an end with President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration next week.

On Friday’s broadcast of the show “Hannity,” Tarlov pointed to gas prices dropping, the nation’s 4.1% unemployment rate, growth in gross domestic product and a decrease in crossings at the U.S.-Mexico border, before calling on Hannity not to “deny the reality” of outcomes that the Biden White House “oversaw in the end.”

“There’s a reason that Donald Trump wants to try to take credit for these things,” she said.

“And there’s also a reason that now, Donald Trump, like in his Time interview … admitted, oh, well, prices are really hard to get down.”

She then pointed to Vice President-elect JD Vance’s recent call to “stabilize” prices and Tom Homan, Trump’s pick to be border czar in his new administration, reportedly telling Republicans to adjust their expectations around upcoming deportation efforts.

“They’re backing off of the promises that they made to the American people because they know they’re not going to be able to achieve them,” she said.

Hannity predicted that history will “not be kind” to Biden, whose most recent and final approval rating matched the lowest of his presidency.

Tarlov gave Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris a grade of “B” when asked how they performed in their four years in the White House. She went on to say that there’s been “a lot” done for the country under Biden and Harris through the so-called PACT Act and the CHIPS and Science Act, as well as the bipartisan infrastructure bill.

“[Those are] very, very, very good for this country, but there’s no doubt, they’re leaving in a cloud of disapproval,” Tarlov said.

In a recent segment on Fox News, political analyst Jessica Tarlov delivered a blunt reality check to host Sean Hannity on his relentless attacks against President Joe Biden.

Tarlov, a frequent guest on the conservative network, pointed out that Hannity’s criticisms of Biden were often based on misleading information and half-truths. She highlighted the president’s accomplishments in his first year in office, including the successful rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine and the passage of the American Rescue Plan.

Tarlov also called out Hannity for his role in spreading misinformation about the 2020 election, noting that his unfounded claims of widespread voter fraud had been thoroughly debunked by multiple sources.

Despite Hannity’s attempts to deflect and pivot the conversation, Tarlov stood her ground and refused to let him off the hook. She emphasized the importance of holding politicians and media figures accountable for their words and actions, regardless of their political affiliation.

Overall, Tarlov’s blunt reality check served as a reminder that factual accuracy and integrity should always take precedence over partisan politics, especially in a volatile media landscape like Fox News.
